Eat that frog

Our focus determines our reality

Very first I want to thanks a lot to Amal for providing us such an interesting, futuristic, and skillful program, For me, Amal is not only shaping and nurturing our future but also providing a solution to daily basis problem starting from #fixing stuff around your self to #Eat that frog these all are the challenges that we had to face in our daily life and Amal fellowship gives a supportive hand to overcome these challenges.

  • “Your ‘frog’ is your biggest, most important task, the one you are most likely to procrastinate on if you don’t do something about it.”
  • “The first rule of frog eating is this: If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first.”
  • “Continually remind yourself that one of the most important decisions you make each day is what you will do immediately and what you will do later if you do it at all.”

For me, the experiment of Eat that frog with Pomodoro was so helpful and it gives me a way to manage my time. I hope that I will try this experiment in my academics and extra work also.

What is Pomodoro?

Pomodoro is the Italian word for tomato. The Pomodoro technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo as a university student when he used a tomato timer to measure his 25-minute sessions. These intervals became known as Pomodoro and the technique became its namesake.

The Pomodoro technique is a time management method based on 25-minute stretches of focused work broken by 3-to-5 minute breaks and 15-to-30 minute breaks following the completion of four work periods.

Pomodoro technique helps me: to stay focus on my task, increase productivity, and decrease distraction time. I will plan to it on my regular basis.

My Experience

I have a wonderful experience of using the Pomodoro technique, it helps me to keep focus and it saves a lot of time, by applying the Pomodoro technique I become smart.
